Viaduct Fort Willemweg

On this viaduct near the former Boschpoort station are several tracks next to eachother on the bridge heads as remains of the former station yard. The outer segments will be removed entirely and the middel one will be placed in the main track after being sandblasted and painted elswhere. The brickwork will be repaired and newly pointed.

On 13 June it is the turn of the roadway across the Fort Willemweg.
At 20:50 the crane is ready for action.

In the mean time one is preparing the deck. The rivets are being removed with torches.

At 23:50 the bridge segment on the pavement for further handling. to remove the whole bridge and preparing it for transport takes to the little hoursof 14 June.

During the night of 15 on 16 November the gritted and newly painted roadway was installed back with the help of a Mammoet-crane.
